Developing a digital platform for migrants and public administrations.
Project Outcomes
- The project built a digital platform called “MyWELCOME” to assist third-country nationals with bureaucratic procedures. The main feature was a multilingual personal assistant app.
- The platform also offers educational virtual reality-based activities, with language and social inclusion training delivered through serious gaming, where third-country nationals solve specific task challenges or rehearse scenarios such as job interviews.
